On October 10 and 11, Foodscape opens its doors for the first time at Norway’s Trade Fair. Foodscape is an arena for anyone who works professionally with food and drink and who is concerned that what is cooked or served should be good for the body and for the environment, preferably Norwegian-produced and of course tasty.
